無界公園 對話未來 從城市形象與特征上進行深入研究,依托本區(qū)域自然條件,以水為特征,圍繞水生態(tài)來做文章,構(gòu)建完整的水系和綠地相結(jié)合的景觀體系,打造西部水都,形成現(xiàn)代花園城的基本構(gòu)架。規(guī)劃水系與綠化相互融合,衍生“藍+綠”立體空間,多方位激活城市濱水生活。本地塊位于一條豎向的商業(yè)軸線和一條橫向的教育軸線的交接處,周邊還分布多個居住區(qū)。我們通過“紅+綠”“紅+紅”“藍+綠”的空間組合方式,使功能有機穿插合為一體,從而達到增加周邊地塊溢價率的效果。項目地塊內(nèi)部有兩塊商業(yè)用地,地塊周邊以商業(yè)用地、教育用地和居住用地為主,其中商業(yè)用地集中在地塊南北兩側(cè)、教育用地集中在地塊東西兩側(cè),居住用地則分布于地塊周邊。

現(xiàn)狀基地毗鄰中心城區(qū),距西站副中心30分鐘車程,距小白樓主中心、海河柳林副中心及天津濱海國際機場1小時車程以內(nèi),擁有良好的區(qū)位交通吸引城區(qū)客源。

景觀分區(qū)依照主要對應周邊城市土地使用與本身的設計景觀框架而設定,分成一 湖——360 度的環(huán)湖景觀、二區(qū)——天街片區(qū)、水街片區(qū)、三島——生態(tài)珠串島、 科普創(chuàng)意島、娛樂演繹島、多廊道——生活性綠廊綠道。
